A native of Lumberton, North Carolina, Ivan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is classically trained in vocal performance. Residing for many years in the greater Charlotte area, Ivan has cultivated a versatile musical background through a variety of performance settings and artistic experiences.
